SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL BEFORE SHIPPING. 

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Chokitem cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.  Items are shipped via Canada Post or UPS depending on selection shipping method. 

Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday. For more specific questions or concerns, please contact us and include your full name and order number. We look forward to assisting you.

Montreal Locals Only - Free pick up option at the studio when ready. Will send an email when your items are ready or schedule an appointment.

CUSTOMS

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties / VAT or destination country tax. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

All major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, are accepted via Stripe, and PayPal.

You will receive an order confirmation email  after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Please review the order confirmation and contact us  if you see any errors.

Note: We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it upon delivery. Reshipments will be made upon our discretion after a claim has been made with shipping provider.
