RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, NO REFUNDS can be accepted and store credit is applied. 

The merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Only damaged merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags/packing. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Chokitem.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back. Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless upon the rare occasion of a discrepancy with your order. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the head office.

Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. The return order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. 

Kindly note that Canada Post is experiencing ongoing delays and your return package may not make it in time for your return cut-off date. But no worries, we’d be happy to accept them as long as the parcel is handed over to the carrier before the date.

Local services such as USPS or Canada Post are more affordable and usually 100% reliable. When shipping from the US or internationally, ALWAYS mention in your customs form that your reason for export is "RETURN"  (not "sale of good"). That will avoid unnecessary customs fees on our end to receive your piece, and therefore provide you with a smooth and hassle-free service.
